How to prepare for your sensual dance journey

I, Sabrina Gravity Rose, will be your guide into the depths of your underworld. We will explore the taboo, the sacred, the sensual, in a brave space. Creating safety in your own body and accessing pleasure. Teaching you exotic dance technique so you feel confident in your expression but most importantly helping you connect to your sensuality and eros, so that your unique eroticism pours out like slow dripping honey and you become agile at transforming any dense emotions into beautiful raw expression and turn on.

To prepare for this session, reflect on what sensuality means to you. Reflect on why you desire to be expressed sensually. Reflect on how it would change your life. And reflect on why you may still be holding back.

I recommend preparing some cacao or a rose water elixir to open your heart. Order yourself some knee pads to protect your knees or plan to wear long leggings. Have a journal handy. And trust that you were called to this path and that it is a great honour to walk and dance the way of the priestess.
