On November 8th, join us for Body Temple - Erotic Goddess Edition, a sacred one-day retreat in Montreal designed to bring you closer to your sacred, erotic essence through pole dance, sisterhood, and the deep healing of your feminine power.
Led by Sabrina Gravity Rose (feminine embodiment coach and pole dancer) and Claudine Langlois (trauma release specialist and circus artist), this day is about shedding the layers of fear, shame, and self-judgment so you can move through life, both on and off the pole, with boldness, freedom, and pleasure.

10:00 am: Opening Ceremony + Wild Womban Activation
This warm-up and stretching session will help you drop into your body, awaken your wild feminine energy, and release tension, opening the door to deeper pleasure and sensation.
10:30 am: Pole Dance Class
No pole experience needed—this is about learning the basics, grounding yourself in technique, and feeling strong and sexy as you move your body. You’ll find the freedom to move in ways that celebrate your unique beauty, no matter your size, shape, or experience.
11:30 am: Trauma Release & Shadow Work Practice
We’ll guide you through a trauma release practice to help you soften, open, and access your sexual energy. This is where you’ll let go of the blocks keeping you small—whether it’s fear of being seen, body image struggles, or past wounds. You’ll emerge feeling lighter, more fluid, and ready to fully embody your sensual self.
12:30 pm: Nourishing Lunch
Enjoy a delicious lunch with your new soul sisters
1:30 pm: Pole Dance – Exotic Style
Now that you’re open, it’s time to explore your erotic essence. You’ll learn the basics of exotic floorwork, self-seduction, and how to activate your turn on. This is about falling in love with the woman you see reflected back at you.
2:30 pm: Sexual Energy Activation + Authentic Relating
Through womb breathing and saying YES to your pleasure, you’ll activate your sexual energy. We’ll dive into real talk about what it means to feel sexy, confident, and fully expressed. What does being seen in your sensuality bring up for you? Together, we’ll support each other in stepping into our true, sensual power.
3:30 pm: get dressed to seduce in your most sensual attire. We’ll set the mood for what comes next.
4:00 pm: Ritual + Temple Dance
A special closing ritual where you get to embody and practice all you’ve experienced throughout the day and really let your dark feminine out to play.
5:00 pm: Departure
You’ll leave not just as a woman who feels good in her body, but as an erotic goddess who moves through life with confidence, pleasure, and power.
