SENSUAL HEALING: Sexual Energy is Goddess Energy

Why should we feel ashamed of something so natural, something that feels so good? Why do we feel so uncomfortable expressing and owning our sexuality? Why do we still judge women’s expression of sexuality and sensuality unless it’s within very strict parameters? 

Sexual energy is our creative life force, when it flows you are unstoppable. This is what the patriarchy doesn’t want us to know (when I say patriarchy I am speaking of a system of oppression that rejects the feminine and oppresses all humans, not just women). They continue to shame womxn’s sexual expression in order to control us, to keep us small, to keep us disconnected from our power. 

And to be clear I’m not talking power as in sex as a tool for manipulation. I’m talking about connecting to that creative sexual energy we use to birth life or art or anything else we desire. Our sexuality exists independently of relationship. It’s yours first. It’s your energy to harness, to play with, to enjoy, to manifest with, to create with. It’s your vitality. 

And if female sexual expression triggers you, ask yourself why. Ask yourself where in your life you were shamed or judged for being a sexual being. Let the triggers point to where you still need love and healing and compassion. 

Let go of the programming, embrace your whole being, and step fully into who you are. We are in a time of awakening, where the feminine is being called to rise. When you love yourself and honour your truth, it’s in the service of all beings. Give yourself permission to be you, fully expressed and in love with your limitless power and beauty ✨🌹 #forevermood
