MINDSET: How to get over your fear of being seen on IG

Your relationship to instagram is a reflection of your relationship to yourself.

Think about that for a minute.

Do you put pressure on yourself to be perfect? Do you look to others to know if you’re doing a good job?

The instant feedback can definitely bring up some of our biggest fears...

  • Fear of being seen

  • Fear of rejection

  • Fear of judgment

  • Fear of being cancelled

This often leaves us feeling paralyzed around posting. I’ve definitely spent way too much time in the past debating, “should I or shouldn’t I", especially when it came to my somewhat controversial passions like pole dancing and spiritual practices.

So how do we get over post paralysis?

By remembering. By remembering that perfect is a myth.

Remembering that it’s not about how many likes or new followers you get.
Remembering that it’s not about pleasing everybody.

What matters is how it makes you feel in your body and your heart.

What matters is expressing your truth and your magic and connecting to like-hearted soul family.

What matters is shining your light and trusting that the right people will gravitate towards your energy.

What matters is being connected to your mission and uplifting the world by the pure simple fact of being your beautiful wholly expressed radiant self.

Drop perfect and tap into raw and real. Let your IG triggers point to the parts of you that need your love, compassion and acceptance.

Use your relationship with Instagram as an opportunity to learn how to trust yourself and trust the universe.

You are a divine being full of magic just waiting to be expressed and received. The authentic you is magnetic and the world needs you to be YOU now more than ever.

Love you,

Xo
