Follow the simple recipe below to up level your nut milk game with the added benefits of:

🌹 Rose water (opens your heart chakra, is anti-inflammatory, reduces redness and plumps your skin)

🐚 Pearl powder (stimulates collagen and hydrates your skin) and

🎵 Beet powder (Vitamin C helps protect from signs of aging and brightens skin)

And yes it tastes as good as it looks.

BEAUTIFYING ALMOND MILK RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight in cool water or 1-2 hours in very hot water)

  • 5 cups filtered water (less if you like it thick and more if you prefer thin)

  • 1 pinch sea salt (pink Himalayan salt to stay on theme)

  • 2 whole dates (pitted or substitute for a tbsp of maple syrup )

  • 1 tsp beet powder

  • 1 tsp rose water

  • 1/4 tsp pearl powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place your soaked almonds, water, salt, and any additional add-ins to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Keep it running for at least 2 minutes so you get the most out of your almonds.

  2. Strain using a nut milk bag and squeeze until all of the liquid is extracted. Keep squeezing, you really want to make sure you get all the liquid out. Throw out the pulp, or save it for delicious gluten free desserts or energy balls.

  3. Transfer the milk to a jar or covered bottle and refrigerate. This delicious and nutritious nut milk will keep for up to 4-5 days, although it tastes the best when it’s fresh. Shake before drinking, as it does tend to separate.

Enjoy beautiful!
