It starts with you!!! tapping into YOUR pleasure, seducing yourself FIRST and giving permission for others to watch.

Let go of trying to get it perfect or right, it’s more about the feeling. Have fun, turn YOURSELF on.

If you CHOOSE to share your dance with anyone, know that to watch you in your pleasure is a GIFT. Your presence is a present. So be present with yourself, they WILL be delighted as long as YOU’RE feeling yourself, it doesn’t even matter how *well* you get the moves.

I invite you to try all these movements you now have under your belt to different songs, with different tempos and energies, and discover which ones activate you the most. Practice dancing in front of the mirror, filming yourself, get comfortable with your reflection and fall in love with the goddess you are.
