WEEK 01: BORN TO DIE

A CYCLICAL WISDOM CHEAT SHEET. Days for each phase are general guidelines based on a 28 day cycle but they vary woman to woman. Know that your ovulation is 14 days BEFORE your bleed. If you are not menstruating, you are still a cyclical being and you can observe the moon phases and how they align to your energetic state.

DAY 2

Exploring the resistance

JOURNALING PROMPTS:

🥀 What resistance are you experiencing? What walls are you hitting repeatedly or patterns that keep recurring? Can look like things not going your way, business blocks, body ailments, fights in partnership, even numbness!!

🥀 What stories are you telling yourself about the walls you’re hitting?

🥀 How is the resistance impacting every aspect of your life? How is it impacting the way you are showing up?




DAY 3

When you feel resistance ask: “what am I NOT feeling?” Breathe and go in.

PROMPTS:

🥀 What is the feeling that arises when you slow down and face the resistance? What feeling are you avoiding? What are the sensations in your body when you think of those resistances and patterns?

🥀What are you GETTING from avoiding that feeling (for example I am getting a feeling of comfort or freedom from responsibility)

🥀 What is the desire I’m craving to have fulfilled here? (Ex: connection, love, support… free time…)

🥀How can I give that to myself? (so I am free to make a clear decision or ask for what I need from those around me)

🥀 What am I afraid of being SEEN as? (Ex: Being seen as a failure, being seen as too much, being seen as weak, etc.)
