The online sessions (2 per theme, 6 total) cultivate connection amongst the group and prepare your body and nervous system to be seen because intimacy always starts with your relationship to yourself. You’ll speak your desire into the space, soften the armour that keeps you powerful but guarded and begin redirecting your fire from control into eros and devotion.
The result: more safety in your body, clarity in your desire and embodied readiness for the in-person immersion as well as integration.
