Sandrine keeps it real and candidly shares her past struggles with disordered eating patterns, body dysmorphia, over-exercising and playing the social media comparison game and how she completely transformed her body and mind by learning to love herself wholly.
Her mission is to inspire others to learn to trust their intuition (gut) and guide them on her journey towards self-love and self-worth so they can reclaim their power, lost to years of self-limiting beliefs and the neglect of everyone’s one true soulmate: themselves. She created a fitness program that combines both her love of fitness and movement with powerful subconscious reprogramming, which has been the key to transforming her relationship to her body. Human connection with someone I love(deep talks), a good sweaty workout, delicious flavours, dancing to deep house with soul

Feeding + hydrating my body: eating delicious nutritious food full of color, vitamins and minerals.
What is your gift you offer others? (What you are here to share with your sisters, your mission)
My mission is to uplift and empower my sisters. Everyone already has everything they need within them, I’m just here to help them reconnect to themselves, find internal love for themselves and let go of self-doubt.
Biggest shadow aspect you had to overcome/are overcoming?
My body image (self-esteem) and showing up for MYSELF. In the past I’ve had the tendency to lose myself in friendships/relationships abandoning myself and my needs. Self-love practices, rituals, journaling has really helped me become aware of these patterns and learn how to be there for myself and make myself my priority.

Both. I go to bed late and wake up early.
What makes you feel empowered?
My vulnerability, and my ability to share my feelings and thoughts on my social media with my followers. I believe it helps others connect to me and feel supported in their emotions. My workouts (strength) and my emotions together make me feel empowered. Training and reprogramming the subconscious is my true passion and what I choose to share with the world.
Something most people would be surprised to know about you?
That I am constantly working through body image issues, it’s a constant challenge to soothe my inner critic and quiet her down.
Inspiring book or podcast recommendation?
Christine Hassler. Everyone needs to reparent their inner child and let go of expectations, or rather learn how to move through an expectation hangover.
If you were an oracle who could only deliver one message, what would it be?
The answers you are searching outside of you, are already within you. Trust your gut and follow your internal compass.
