What lights up your soul?

Human connections, creativity, and love- which are all weaved together.
As humans, I believe we all carry the power to shift and blend into other people's lives.
We turn into artists, painting each other's canvas with our own colours.
We often underestimate how far a smile, a hug or a simple "I appreciate you" can go!
When the actions come from a place of love & light, the result is heart-warming.
That reality is when I truly feel in harmony and in peace with myself and the world!
This unity truly lights up my soul.

Favourite self-love ritual?

My go-to would be bathing in any sort of smell-good water.
Journaling and listening to music with my eyes closed is also part of my routine.
Flowers are also essential!

Biggest shadow aspect you had to overcome/are overcoming?

Thinking that my creativity, my inner wild child spirit and my way of living is somehow not "normal". Being creative has so many perks, but it also comes with a lot of insecurities and doubts! I am always wondering "When am I fully going to be an adult! or "Am I well-balanced, stable enough?" It can be quite exhausting.

What’s one thing you want to learn this year?

I would like to learn how to feel rooted and feel at the same time!
When I think of freedom, I think of the element of air... but I'm sure the element of earth can also be liberating.

Early bird or night owl?

Used to be a Night owl. I just started being an early bird, and I love it! It makes me feel empowered and in charge of my life (read: very adult like!)

What makes you feel empowered?

What a funny synchronicity- I guess I have to answer "Waking up early in the morning?" haha

Something most people would be surprised to know about you?

I love and need to have my solo and quiet time. I'm not always in a high energy mode.

Inspiring book or podcast recommendation?

The Forty Rules of Love, a novel by Elif Shafak and Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts are my classics!
