I'm Sabrina Cassis — a former luxury fashion buyer and lingerie brand founder, now a feminine embodiment mentor to deep, high-achieving, creative women who are done performing and ready to become fully expressed.
I spent years optimizing myself into a cage — curated, capable, unbothered on the outside, disconnected underneath. I collected healing modalities the way some women collect handbags, each one a promise that this would finally make me whole. What actually changed me wasn't more understanding. It was returning to my body, my desire, my sensitivity, and my creative fire — and letting that woman start making the decisions.

Through movement, dance, breath, and voice, we work with what's arising until you can stay with yourself and choose differently. Held by 10+ years of practice across somatics, tantra, pole dance, contact improv, divine feminine mysteries and priestess training.
